- What is CueMate?
- CueMate is a social app that connects people through their taste in music, movies, and TV series. Instead of relying on a bio, it matches you with people who love the same songs and stories, whether you want chat mates, friends, or a partner.
- How does music and movie matching work?
- You curate up to 50 songs and 50 movies that define your taste. CueMate compares your library with other people's using AI embeddings and shows a compatibility score that also considers lifestyle, location, and interests.
- Is CueMate free?
- Yes. CueMate is free to download on the App Store and Google Play.
- How do I sign in?
- You can sign in with Email, Google, or Facebook. For security, your account is active on only one device at a time.
- Who can use CueMate?
- You must be at least 18 years old to use CueMate.
- Can I chat with people who speak another language?
- Yes. Chats support text, images, files, emoji reactions, and replies, with built-in message translation.
- How do I stay safe on CueMate?
- You can block or report anyone from their profile or chat. Accounts that receive excessive reports are deactivated automatically, and you can lock the app with your fingerprint or face.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open User Preferences in the app and tap Delete Account. You can deactivate your profile, which hides it until you sign in again, or permanently delete your account, photos, chats, friends, and matches.
