Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using CueMate (the "App"), operated by Marst Pty Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CueMate. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • For security, your account may be active on only one device at a time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
  • Post unlawful, obscene, or infringing content
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the App for spam, solicitation, or fraud
  • Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the App or its systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including automatically deactivating accounts with excessive reports.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate and provide the App. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

6. Referrals & Rewards

CueMate may offer referral rewards. Rewards are subject to eligibility and anti-fraud checks, and may be withheld or reversed for activity we determine to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, connections, or uninterrupted availability of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marst Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
